The ideal place to take a relaxing break while enjoying the sea and the tamarind-shaded beach. A stop along the route in the north of Mallorca.
Cala los Camps, Betlem - For a refreshing dip after a day on the motorcycle
From Alcudia on the MA-12 towards Artà, take the turning to the left towards Colonia de Sant Pere (MA-3331). After about 6 km you will see an inconspicuous sign on the left indicating 'Cala los Camps' (see Foto), go ahead for about 300 m and turn right. The road is for residents only but at the end you will find a parking area exclusive for motorbikes and there you can park your Ducati and access the beach. You have arrived at Los Camps cove, a pebble beach formed by the mouth of the "Cocons" torrent, surrounded by rocks and shaded by tamarinds sheltered from the prevailing north-easterly wind. From here you can walk to the urbanisation of Betlem(aprox 2,5 km), appreciate the crystal clear waters of the sea, the inlets formed by the erosion of the rocks and the remains of dolmens from the megalithic period. Alternatively, you can drive your Ducati forward to the Betlem urbanisation, where you can take a relaxing break in the bar-restaurant at the end of the road.
