All-inclusive prices for Mallorca Moto Rent22: Reasons

For MMR22, the decision to have all-inclusive prices for the rental of a Ducati was carefully reasoned. Pricing motorbike rentals in Mallorca on an all-inclusive basis is counter-cultural and may seem disadvantageous to MMR22. Certainly few apply this rental philosophy in the motorbike sector.

Our all-inclusive prices always include the supply INCLUDED IN THE PRICE of the following:

Personal equipment provided :

- Homologated modular helmet for rider and passenger

- Jacket with approved protections for rider and passenger

- Gloves with approved protections for rider and passenger

- Rigid motorbike backpack

- Motorcycle Leg Bag

- 24-hour assistance 7/7

Please note that all personal equipment is professionally SANITIZED at every rental in a special machine with ozone technology, the same used in hospitals and spas. We do not use sprays or detergents that are absolutely unnecessary and harmful to the environment.

Equipment for the rented motorbike:

- A Ducati motorbike in perfect working order

- Clean wash at every rental

- Thorough checks at every rental

- Panniers, side cases on the models provided

- Universal mobile phone holder

- Multi-socket 12V power supply for any type of mobile phone

- Engine protection bars

- 300 km per day (for Mallorca this is a lot)

Please note that all our customers receive a map of Mallorca with all the directions discussed at the time and customised to suit.

Before evaluating whether our prices are competitive or not, consider that on average for many of these extras that we offer INCLUDED IN THE PRICE you can normally be asked for 5 to 10€ per day for each.

So why doesn't MMR22 offer lower prices and charge for each of these extras as all other rental companies do. There are several reasons for this.

The first reason is that Mallorca Moto Rent offers a very high quality product represented by DUCATI motorbikes and consequently our service must also be of the highest quality (see our customers' evaluations) and must offer simplicity to all our motorcycling customers who must be able to rent one of our motorbikes without worrying about whether there are hidden costs or how much the extras offered cost.

The second reason is perhaps the most important one. As motorbike hirers we put the safety of our customers first. Having to pay for a jacket with protectors, having to pay for homologated gloves and not renting them just to save 10€ a day or just out of superficiality seems absurd to us. We feel obliged to make all our pilot and passenger customers wear these protectors and believe that giving them INCLUDED IN THE PRICE is a small contribution to safety. We know that it can get really hot in the summer and that sometimes jackets and gloves will probably stay in the hotel, but we recommend that you always use all the basic protective clothing we offer. We can't force anyone but we do try to raise awareness on this issue. Your DUCATI EXPERIENCE IN MALLORCA should be as safe as possible.

The third reason concerns the clarity and transparency of all our prices. We don't want our customers to feel that they have paid less for a rental and then end up with higher bills due to a series of small items! With us, there will never be any nasty surprises because our prices are clear and verifiable from the outset.

As Mallorca Moto Rent is based only 10 minutes from Palma de Mallorca Airport when we have the opportunity, we offer completely free of charge to pick up our motorcycling customers and bring them directly to the shop.

Motorbike delivery:

Motorbike delivery at Hotels or Finca is also possible in ‘almost’ the whole island. This service is subject to a charge and the cost varies depending on the distance from our premises to the delivery point. It is usually formulated at the time. A distant location that can be reached by motorway in a few minutes may cost less than a closer delivery made in the mountains or in areas that are difficult to reach. Then there are areas where delivery is impossible for logistical reasons. Places where our motorbike trolley does not pass or cannot turn around. Alternatively, for the same price we can pick up the customer at his place of residence and bring him to our premises. Bike delivery is only possible for rentals of a minimum duration of 3 days.

Motorbike collection and return

Collection and return of the motorbike outside opening hours and on public holidays is possible by prior arrangement; surcharges may apply.

Organized tours with or without accompaniment

We can arrange tours with or without accommodation at partner facilities.

Normally we ask for a couple of weeks' notice as the tour is specially created according to the customer's needs.

Accompanied tours must reach a minimum number of participants and must be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
